Terms of use

The plain rules for using Joy Cork.

Last updated October 12, 2026

Who we are

Joy Cork is a service of Boffo Digital LLC, a Texas limited liability company. "We" and "us" on this page mean Boffo Digital LLC.

What Joy Cork is for

Joy Cork is a business tool for winery marketing staff and the agencies that work for wineries. It shows what wineries send in their marketing email and helps you plan, write and check your own. It isn't a consumer wine guide and doesn't recommend wines to drink or buy.

Descriptions, not predictions

Joy Cork describes what wineries send, from the emails it has collected. It has no open, click or sales data, so it never tells you what will perform. Its labels come from automated analysis and can be wrong. Check facts before you rely on them, and check every draft before you send it.

Your winery's details

You're responsible for the winery details you save and for the emails you send. Only save and upload details for wineries you work for, and only upload emails your winery sent. Emails you upload become part of Joy Cork's archive as your winery's emails (see the privacy policy).

Other wineries' emails

Joy Cork shows other wineries' marketing emails so you can learn from them. Describe and link them; don't copy another winery's email or present its copy as your own.

AI assistants

You can connect Joy Cork to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. The assistant's own terms and privacy policy apply to your conversation. You can unlink an assistant at any time in Settings.

Using Joy Cork fairly

Use your own account. Don't scrape Joy Cork, get around its limits, try to reach data that isn't yours, or use it to send anything on someone else's behalf.

Liability

Joy Cork is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions you make based on it or for the emails you send.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
