How to get help with Joy Cork and its assistant connections.

Email hello@joycork.com with what you were doing and what you expected. If it happened in an assistant, say which one (ChatGPT, Claude or another) and paste the message it showed.

Connecting an assistant

Step-by-step instructions for ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and others are on the AI assistants page. You'll need a Joy Cork account: when the assistant asks you to sign in, use your Joy Cork email and the code we send you, then choose the account to link.

Unlinking an assistant

In Joy Cork, open Settings → Connected assistants and choose Unlink. The assistant can't use Joy Cork until you link it again.

Common questions

• The assistant says Joy Cork doesn't follow a winery. Ask Joy Cork to follow it on the Winery coverage page, or ask your assistant to request it.
• The assistant asks me to sign in again. This happens after you unlink it, or if the assistant lost its connection. Sign in again to relink.
• A label looks wrong. Tell us the email and what's wrong; we use these reports to improve Joy Cork's analysis.

To delete uploaded emails, close your account or get a copy of your data, email hello@joycork.com. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
